Warranty Claims Process

In this project we mapped the customer journey to place and track an order and corresponding shipments, for the existing manual process. This was for a $7B complex industrial products organization with no eCommerce platform.

 
 
 
 
 
 

This is a sample of one of the screens developed. This screen enables a self-serving Warranty Claims experience. The user will experience a frictionless process, greatly improving on the existing convoluted manual process.

The system connects to the ERP systems to determine entitlements and warranty coverage for the products the user intends to claim.
