All relevant team members gathered together to discuss what each of us knew about the pain, expectations and solution ideas that the persona experienced executing the task at hand. In this case the persona evaluated was a purchasing agent, which we named Purchasing Peter.

Classify the Information

The next step is classifying the collective knowledge we have about the persona into Context (where the user will be using the solution), “I Want To…” (what are my needs when doing this activity) and “I need To” (what are the goals of the activity?)

 
Final product… a complete proto persona that can be used fast track the understanding of the users throughout the organization.
